Wondering where to sell your Rolex in Berlin? At ChronoMarket you sell directly to a registered watch dealer with its own store – no anonymous platform, no middleman and no hidden deductions. Because we resell Rolex watches to our own clients, our offer is based on the real market value of your reference, not on the lowest price a reseller would pass on.
How selling your Rolex works
- Send photos. Dial, case back, side view and any papers via WhatsApp (+49 172 1832586). You usually get a first price range within 30 minutes during opening hours.
- Visit us. We inspect the watch at our store in Uhlandstraße 47: authenticity, movement, timekeeping, case and bracelet.
- Get a firm offer. You receive a binding price and an explanation of how we arrived at it. There is no fee and no pressure to sell.
- Get paid. If you accept, we pay in cash or by bank transfer straight away. Please bring a valid passport or ID card.
How we value a Rolex
- Authenticity: reference number between the lugs, serial number, engravings, materials and original parts.
- Technical condition: rate on the timegrapher, power reserve, water resistance.
- Cosmetic condition: signs of wear and polishing history – sharp lugs and bevels are worth money.
- Completeness: box, warranty card, receipt and service papers. They increase the price, but you can sell without them.
- Market value: the current price of your exact reference, minus a fair dealer margin.
The value of a Rolex depends far more on the exact reference than on the model name. A five-digit Datejust and a current Datejust 41, or an aluminium-bezel GMT-Master II and a ceramic one, are priced very differently. That is why the reference number is the first thing we ask for.

Rolex models we buy
- Sports models: Submariner, Daytona, GMT-Master II, Sea-Dweller, Explorer, Yacht-Master, Sky-Dweller, Milgauss
- Classics: Datejust, Day-Date, Oyster Perpetual, Cellini, Lady-Datejust
- Vintage Rolex from the 1960s to the 1990s, including watches with acrylic crystals and older papers
- Gold and two-tone (Rolesor) watches, diamond-set models and ladies' watches
Want to know more about individual models first? Our German-language guides cover the Datejust and the GMT-Master II in detail.
Common mistakes when selling a Rolex
- accepting the first offer without knowing the current market value of your reference
- having the watch polished before selling – this can remove edges and bevels and lower the value
- leaving the box, warranty card or service receipts at home
- selling to buyers without a business address or company registration
Frequently asked questions
Where can I sell my Rolex in Berlin?
At ChronoMarket, Uhlandstraße 47, 10719 Berlin-Charlottenburg. Send photos on WhatsApp for a free first estimate, then come in for the inspection and a firm offer. Payment is immediate, in cash or by bank transfer.
How much is my Rolex worth?
It depends on the exact reference, condition, completeness (box and papers) and current market demand. Send us photos of the dial, case back and the reference number for a free price range, usually within 30 minutes.
Can I sell a Rolex without papers?
Yes. We check authenticity ourselves using the reference and serial numbers, engravings and the movement. Missing papers lower the price somewhat but do not prevent a sale.
Do you buy vintage and gold Rolex watches?
Yes – vintage models from the 1960s to the 1990s, gold and Rolesor watches, diamond-set models and ladies' watches.
